2nd Annual Family Reunion ~

Second Annual Killpack Family Reunion
June 29-July 1 2007

Friday, June 29

We are camping at The Spruces up Big Cottonwood Canyon. Chad has reserved a camping site. He will be going up to the site about 1 PM on Friday. The afternoon we will just do up-the-canyon activities (hiking, laying around, putting up tents, etc.).

Dinner will be at 6:30. We will have the following menu:

Hot-dogs/buns
Condiments
chips
watermelon,
carrots/celery/broccoli plus dip / fruit
potato salad
home-made ice cream / chocolate chip cookies

One Spouse from each couple will be expected to cook food for each of the meals, and one spouse will be required to help with the clean up. (You may decide amongst yourselves which spouse will do which task. And if you want one spouse to do it all, that is between you and your spouse.)

Each family will be in charge of bringing their own drinks for dinner. Water will be provided, but if you want soda or something else, please bring your own.

After dinner we will have a "fireside". We will record the history (recorded by Chad or Kip), we will do a talent show, and then we will have Smores.


Saturday, June 30

Breakfast will be at 8:30. We will have the following menu:

Scrambled eggs/bacon
pancakes
orange juice/milk

One Spouse from each couple will be expected to cook food for each of the meals, and one spouse will be required to help with the clean up. (You may decide amongst yourselves which spouse will do which task. And if you want one spouse to do it all, that is between you and your spouse.)

We will pack up and leave before lunch.

Family pictures are scheduled for 3 pm. The guy taking the pictures is squeezing us in between two weddings he has that day, so we CAN'T BE LATE! It is at the same place we went to before: JayLynn Studio, 3689 Highland Drive. We will just get the picture taken AT the studio rather than going out somewhere.

Dress for the picture:

blue levis on the bottom, solid color, collared shirt on top, preferably light-colored shirts.

Saturday night we will have movie/game night at Mom's house. We will send out for pizza.


Sunday July 1 (Fast Sunday)

Baby blessing for Mayer will be at the 16th WArd. Church starts at 1. Sacrament Meeting is last. We will have a big dinner afterwards.
